How to Meet with the Ombuds

• Zoom or Phone Meeting – please use the scheduling link or email address of the Ombuds staff below (you do not have to use your UCSD email address for this – more information below). If you would like to meet outside of normal business hours listed in the scheduling link please email and refrain from sharing any specific details about your concerns. Note that a confirmation email and calendar invite will be sent once a meeting has been scheduled.

• In-Person – please use the email address of the Ombuds staff below to share your availability (dates/times) to meet in-person and if you would like to meet in the Office of the Ombuds on the 4^th Pepper Canyon Hall or somewhere else at UC San Diego or UC San Diego Health. Please only use email for scheduling and refrain from sharing any specific details about your concerns.

Directions

From I-5 take the La Jolla Village Drive exit. Go west on La Jolla Village Drive, turn right on Villa La Jolla Drive and enter campus. You may park in the Gilman Parking Structure where metered parking spaces are available. Walk north on Russell Lane to Pepper Canyon Hall, Room 402. Take the elevator which is located under the stairway up to the fourth floor. Make two immediate right turns. The Ombuds Office is on the right.
